The Frail Nail Tale.

TIPS ON GROWING NATURAL NAILS

Your nails are a living tissue that need moisture just as your skin does.

A dab of  beauty grade olive oil works wonders!

If your nails are super short start by using

French Tip Dip’s High Intensity Nail Resolution 2-3 x per week,

removing once for a day of rest.

If you are recovering from a bout with acrylic nails you must let the

damaged nail completely grow out before you can expect a strong healthy fingernail.

(If you must wear them use French Tip dip for emergencies like this!)

( How many of you know this scenario all too well?)

  1. (If you wear fake nails French Tip Dip is perfect for emergencies like this!)

If you area nail biter, EVERY TIME you put your fingers in your mouth…

THINK about the germs and bacteria you are putting in your mouth. EWWWW!

STOP!  Now look at your nails…

YOUR  nails can be healthy, strong, and beautiful…if you stop, now!

Think these thoughts EVERY TIME you catch yourself and you are sure to stop!

Once your nails reach the tip of your fingernail apply

French Tip Dip with a VERY THIN LINE.

(You are less likely to bite your nails when they look this good!)

-Keep your nails short…no longer than the tips of your fingers for the

first three months to help adjust to the change.

-Do not pull on hang nails. Keep a pair of nail clippers handy.

-File your nails in 1 direction and avoid back and forth sawing motions!

- Do not use your nails as tools to scrape, push, pry, poke, or pick.

-Use a dab of nail glue to repair a torn nail instead of completely tearing it off!

-Keep nails the same length…if one breaks…cut them all down and start over.

-Try to maintain an “active length” to maximize strength and durability.

MOST OF ALL GROWING YOUR NAILS TAKES A CONSCIOUS EFFORT ON YOUR PART. BY TAKING THE STEPS NECESSARY YOU ARE SURELY ON YOUR WAY TO HAVING THE NAILS YOU WANT AND DESERVE.

BEST WISHES!
